Steven Gremminger, the principal of the firm, has more than 30 years of experience in civil litigation of all types, including tax litigation, tax and accounting malpractice, and SEC matters. Steve has also represented clients in a variety of white collar matters involving tax as well as other issues. Steve spent more than 13 years as a Senior Trial Attorney with the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice. Steve has been the lead trial counsel for cases in more than 20 states, handling virtually every type of civil tax case. Prior to starting his own firm, he was a Principal and served for 11 years as Associate General Counsel of KPMG LLP, and he was also an Assistant General Counsel of Ernst & Young LLP. In both roles, Steve handled complex litigation often involving claims in the tens of millions of dollars. Steve is joined by an outstanding team of attorneys, and together they provide thoughtful, creative, and often outside-the-box legal representation.

In addition to litigation, the firm also provides general corporate counsel services, including the review and preparation of contracts and other business documents.
